ALESIS UNLEASHES NEW STRIKE SOFTWARE EDITOR AND V1.2 FIRMWARE UPDATE FOR STRIKE ELECTRONIC DRUMS

Firmware update and new Strike software editor makes it easier than ever for drummers to program, sample and customize their sound on world’s most advanced electronic drums.

Alesis Strike drums are the first-ever electronic kits to deliver the very best of both acoustic drums and electronic drums in terms of feel, playability, looks, sound quality and control, enabling drummers to move beyond the limitations of a conventional acoustic set and raise their creative impact to a higher level.

Considered together, the new Strike Software Editor and v1.2 firmware update deliver immensely increased capability and performance versatility to the highest-performing electronic drums anywhere—and at no added cost!

The Software Editor is a separate download that gives the user a sophisticated software editor program that resides on their computer. The Strike Editor enables users to import more layers than ever before and includes an amazing automap feature that is an Alesis exclusive! They can import their own .wav files and mix & match with the 14,000 plus samples that are already included with the Strike module. Once edited and finalized, these kits or instrument can be saved on their SD card. The Strike editor unleashes the true potential of the Strike module. This editor is the most powerful of its kind and one of the most powerful tools for electronic drummers on the market.

The 1.2 firmware update is a robust new upgrade that adds several new important features and enhances many of the existing features. When customers download 1.2 and update their Strike module they will have significantly more control and flexibility with their Strike kits.
