What type of sustain pedal is recommended to use with the Prestige?

We recommend using any standard 1/4” (6.35 mm) sustain pedal to your Prestige for proper sustaining with your keyboard.

I have connected a sustain pedal but it works the wrong way around. What should I do?

The polarity of the sustain pedal is calculated by the keyboard when it is powered up. On power-up, the sustain pedal is assumed to be in the OFF position. If the pedal is sustaining when in the Off position (pedal is not depressed), connect the pedal while the keyboard is turned off and make sure the pedal is not depressed while the keyboard is powered on.

Why is the Prestige Artist powering off on its own?

The Prestige includes an Eco mode! The eco mode will power the Prestige off after 30 minutes of no playing when powered on. If you were interested in disabling the eco mode, press & hold the key function, and then press B7.

Can I connect my Prestige Artist to my computer?
